Innovative Polymer Compounds (IPC) achieves ISO 13485 Accreditation

IPC Achieves ISO 13485 Accreditation:
Innovative Polymer Compounds Limited – IPC, the Kilbeggan based medical polymer compounding company has been awarded the ISO 13485:2003 certification. This makes IPC the sole ISO 13485 accredited independent compounding company of its type in Europe dedicated to providing polymer compounds for use in medical device applications.
IPC is an approved supplier to many of the Irish based OEM’s, and continues to grow its customer base across Europe, with customers in France, Germany, Finland, Italy, U.K., Poland, Holland, Switzerland.
Using state of the art Leistritz compounding technology coupled with market leading drying and post compounding equipment, IPC has in house capability for colour matching and material testing. A comprehensive range of polymers – from PP to PEEK, including TPU’s can be processed to exacting customer requirements.
Full R&D support for IPC’s customer base is also a key offering from the Kilbeggan Class 100K facility.
