Discounted accomodation (€99 pppn incl. B&B) should be booked directly with the Radisson Hotel (quoting "IMDA Global Access")

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing by 20 May 2012, to fiona.harrison@ibec.ie to receive a refund (minus an administration fee of € 50). Refunds will be processed after the event. Cancellations made after 20 May 2012 will NOT be eligible for a refund, however an alternative representative from within the company may attend.
